Returns Policy

We have a 14 day returns policy. Therefore, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order (or a 3rd party receives your order such as a shipping forwarder) to notify us of a return. You will get a further 14 days to return items to us but you must notify Peanut and Poppet within the first 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If you originally qualified for free postage but the return of an item takes you under that threshold the cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund.

How can I return an item?

To start a return, you can contact us at We will happily accept a return if the above conditions are met.

Once we've agreed your return you can mail the item(s) back to us at: 4a Buckland Road, Pen Mill Trading Estate, Yeovil, BA21 5EA. You must include your name, your order number and your reason for return inside the parcel so that we can identify it.

Please note items are returned at your own risk and cost unless faulty or received in error. We highly recommend that you send return parcels via a tracked delivery method and get proof of postage. We are unable to refund or replace items should they fail to arrive with us. Returns must be packaged in a way that ensures they are not damaged, items damaged due to poor packaging are your own expense.

Items will not be accepted for return without first contacting us. 

Once your item has been received and inspected you will automatically be issued a refund, if eligible. You'll be refunded via your original payment method but please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If we find any issue with your return we will contact you.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched we are able to cancel and refund your order in full. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss this.

What if my item is faulty?

Please inspect your delivery upon receipt and advise us of any damages or issues immediately so that we can make it right. If damage were to occur after use please contact us for advice on what to do next. We may require you to send a photograph of any defections or damages. 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if it is believed that damage has occurred because of user error.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not currently operate an exchange service. If you would like to exchange an item you can do this by returning the item you no longer want and placing an order for the alternative item through the website.

Are there any exceptions?

Yes, there are some items that cannot be returned. For example, perishable goods such as food, custom items such as personalised items or special orders and personal products for hygiene reasons, this includes but is not limited to period care, beauty products and self care items such as deodorant. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
