We have a 30 day returns policy. Therefore, you have 30 days from the day after you receive your order to return items.
In order to qualify for a refund you must return your items in the same condition they were received, i.e. unworn, unused and unwashed with any tags still attached and in its original packaging.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched we are able to cancel and refund your order in full. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss this.
How can I return an item?
We will happily accept a return if the above conditions are met. To arrange a return you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we've agreed your return you can mail the items back to the return address on your label, make sure to include your name, your order number and your reason for return inside the parcel. If you no longer have the label we can provide the return address. Please note items are returned at your own risk and cost unless faulty or if we have made a mistake. We highly recommend that you send return parcels via a tracked delivery method and get proof of postage.
Please note that we are unable to refund or replace items should they fail to arrive with us.
Items will not be accepted for return without first contacting us.
Once your item has been received and inspected you will automatically be issued a refund. If we find any issue with your return we will contact you
What if my item is faulty?
Please inspect your delivery upon receipt and advise us of any damages or issues immediately. If damage were to occur after use please contact us for advice on what to do next. We may require you to send a photograph of any defections or damages.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if it is believed that damage has occurred because of user error.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not currently operate an exchange service. If you would like to exchange an item you can do this by returning the item you no longer want and placing an order for the alternative item through the website.
Are there any exceptions?
Yes, there are some items that cannot be returned. For example, perishable goods such as food, custom items such as personalised items or special orders and personal products for hygiene reasons, this includes but is not limited to period care, beauty products and self care items such as deodorant and toothpaste. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
